Asus ROG problems

how comes that my laptop (an asus rog 552jx) has so low data transfer rates as : 22 mbps and to a portable device 3mbps its kind of annoying knowing that my hard disk exceeds these rates by far. and how can it be fixed?
and thus my installation speed is also very slow.
And the startup is taking for about 3-5 minutes

because specifications on paper arent equal in reality.
you have got a regular HDD.

you can clean up your harddrive with cc cleaner.
otherwise buy a ssd (samsung 850 evo)

now, for serious answer
asus rog 552jx should be able fit 1 m.2 SSD and a HDD. You need the SSD for OS, games with bad loading time, etc.
The data can simply be put into the normal SSD.
