I just rebuild my system with a new ROG Rampage V Edition 10 MoBo, and I'm stuck at the press DEL or F2 to enter BIOS since none of my keyboards are seen by the MoBo.
I checked all the USB ports with an old Asus mouse with internal LED and that mouse works, or at least lights itself (since could't enter BIOS to actually have a mouse pointer). The Gigabyte M8000X mouse won't respond like the keyboards (Logitech G105 and Trust Convex).
Looks like I'll have to find an old PS/2 Keyboard or a PS/2-USB adapter
Any other suggestions?

Just tried with an old PS/2 keyboard and the issue persists. Also, it was rebooting by itself almost everytime after the DEL screen.
I'll ask Amazon for a replacement.

So, I fiddle a bit with it and manage to reach POST and even boot to Windows, after taking out the RAM and putting it again, one by one and even rotating them to see if one might be busted. Nevertheless, seems that it doesn't like having all the RAM in place, and especially at XMP. It worked for a short while, and even managed to update both BIOSes but 99% of the time gave a BSOD while loading Windows. And not being able to successfully complete the Startup Repair.
I managed to reinstall Win with just one single 8GB slot in place and it worked adding one slot at a time, but by keeping it at 1400 and 800 MHZ. It accepted all 64GB RAM but only at 800Mhz. Jumping from 800MHz to XMP (2800) took me back to square 1: no USB keyboard/mouse or if seen, hanging/restarting at the "Press DEL" screen. And just before that, the Startup Repair issue appeared in the new installed Windows also at 800Mhz.
Could it be the RAM? I doubt it, since it worked at 2800 with the old MoBo and even works with this one sometimes, especially at lower speeds.
I'm suspecting the memory controller.
