Hi,
I recently got a RTX 2060 and everything was fine, until i reset windows to clean out all my hard drives. Since the reset i am unable to run most games at anything near 60-100fps, for example
Running CSGO with everything on low at 1080p gets me around 25fps and constant Stutters, i also have issues running Destiny 2, although i get 60ish fps at low, i use to get 144+ fps at low. i have reinstalled the drivers many times after removing them with DDU.
GPU-Z Reports 50-60W and 15% usage at 13*c
I updated BIOS and reseated the GPU as nvidia Support Recomended.
Is there any other fixs or tests i could try.
Specs:
CPU - I7-8700k
GPU - ASUS ROG RTX 2060
RAM - Corsair Vengence 16GB (2x8gb) 3000mhz
MOBO - Asus Prime Z-370A
Display - Asus 27inch 1080p 165hz Display.
PSU - Corsair RM 650X, 80 Plus Gold.

Edit : PC ran for a month or 2 fine before Reset, also added PSU.
