Question Asus rog strix 390e ram light after replacing psu

I upgraded to a 850 power supply from a 250(i dont know how my computer was running on it, it was very loud) i havent touched the ram but the yellow dram light is on now and the monitors dont show anything

Can you please mention the make and model of the PSU that was prior and the PSU that you swapped to? On second thoughts, please parse the specs to your build like so:

Swapped a 500w(thought it was lower) evga to a gamemax 850w
cpu intel 7700k
motherboard asus rog strix 390e
ram ddr4 16gb
ssd samsung 500gb hdd 2x toshiba 500gb
gpu geforce 2070 rtx
psu gamemax 850w
chassis nzxt(forget type but white bottom rest is glass)
os windows 10 pro
