Had my pc in the shop for warranty repair after old psu blew up, an ASUS ROG Strix 650, 650W PSU . They put in a ASUS ROG Strix 750, 750W PSU in it. Today it made this noise once when I testet it in a game, with the 0db button on:

(Not my video but same sound/psu.) When I run it without the 0db button there is no sound as far as I can tell. Is this normal for this psu? System has been stable all day ingame and on the desktop. Got it yesterday.

Oh sorry,
2070 super, Intel Core i7-9700F , Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 2933MHz 16GB, Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB SSD , ASUS ROG Strix B365-F GAMING is the specs.

Sorry. I missed the part where you said you don't get the noise when you use zero RPM fan mode. So the sound is the fan. NOT normal.

Oh dear... Just checked the review from Aris. They use an Everflow fan. Can you return it and get something different?

That will mean a month without pc as I will have to return the whole pc under warranty again, something I would prefer to avoid if possible. Is the fan super awful and do you think I will be ok if I just use it as I do now? (Always on, 0db mode off.)
