I'm about to buy new motherboard but i wonder will it fit with my gpu Nvidia Gtx Strix 950

There are no incompatibilities between that GPU and your motherboard. The GPU has a PCIe3.0 x16 interface and your motherboard has a PCIe3.0 x16 slot. Just plug it in there.

I'd be more concerned with the GPU fitting your case and your B250F motherboard supporting the CPU.

Ditto, what are your current full specs, and what is your budget for an upgrade btw?
I'd typically think that a GPU upgrade from a 950 would come first rather than a motherboard upgrade if that's the case.

500 dollars. I'm about to buy ROG Strix B250F and i5-6400 LGA 1151... Also corsair vengeance 16Gb. My Current specs are H81M-D motherboard, i5-4660 LGA 1150. Im upgrading to DDR4

Not a good choice, stick with what you currently have, it'll perform extremely closely with Skylake, within 10%, there's no point upgrading from what you currently have.
Also DDR4 provides no substantial benefits over DDR3 for gaming.
Get a new graphics card, the 950 falls behind by quite a bit.
