Question ASUS ROG STRIX B350F GAMING MOTHERBOARD

My only pc won't boot up. Before this, it is all fine, no problem at all. My spec is :

RYZEN 3 3200G
ASUS ROG STRIX B350F GAMING MOTHERBOARD
2×8GB TRIDENTZ RGB RAM
550W EVGA PSU

Please help me, the pc won't boot up, there is no display, and the orange light appear from the bottom and top right beside the ram of the motherboard. Before this, everything is fine.

Look at this,

Can first try a clear cmos, might just help. The clear cmos can be done two ways,

1)take the pc of the power, means cable out of the wallsocket,
2) take the motherboard battery out of the motherboard for about 15min, then put it back, see if this helps,
or,
use the right jumper, this one can be found in the motherboard manual, need only to short it for about 5 seconds (NR10 in below picture=clrtc).
