Question ASUS ROG STRIX B450-E GAMING AND RYZEN 9 3900X

I use Ryzen 2700 and Asus B450-E Gaming Motherboard in my system.
I'm thinking of upgrading my processor to the Ryzen 3000 series.
Can the Ryzen 9 3900x or 3800x be used in full performance with the Asus B450-E Gaming?
I will use it in stock values. PBO will be on.
My goal is to use the rendering process rather than the game.
I have read articles on VRM on some websites.
They were talking about temperature problems on some motherboards.
I won't overclock.

I'd appreciate it if you could give me an idea.

It shows that your motherboard can run a 3900x at stock speed as long as you have good air flow.
I personally have an Asus ROG Strix B450-F Gaming motherboard and I would not feel comfortable with a 3900x.
I would (and probably will) trust it to run a 3700x though.

As far as I know, the B450-E and B450-F gaming are the same motherboards, but the E Gaming model also has metal cooling under the VRMs. F gaming has no cooling behind the motherboard.

I have been researching for a long time whether I can use the Ryzen 3900x with the B450-E. Some web sites say that the motherboard is much better than the entry-level X470 motherboard, such as the X470TUF. They mentioned that the cheap X470 motherboards had insufficient mofset.

The VRM and Phase system of the Asus B450-E is like this. Guess I won't have a warm-up problem with the Ryzen 3900x.
I've looked at all other manufacturers' B450 motherboards and none of them have such cooling and phase support.
I have a CoolerMaster H500 case. There are 3x 200mm fans available. My in-room air shrinkage is fine.

But what worries me is the temperature of the motherboard that will feed the processor under load and under Render.
I was a little worried about this. So I wanted to consult you.
Since it wouldn't make much sense to move from Ryzen 2700 to 3700x, it made more sense for me to switch to Ryzen 9.
