Hi,

I am building a PC and forgot to order a graphics card. I have Ryzen 3700x CPU which does not have integrated graphics and Asus ROG STRIX B450-E motherboard. The Motherboard specification at

https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-B450-F-GAMING/specifications/ says it has

Integrated in the AMD Ryzen™ with Radeon™ Vega Graphics Processors
Multi-VGA output support : HDMI/DisplayPort ports

Does this mean that I don't need graphics card. Can I use Integrated in the AMD Ryzen™ with Radeon™ Vega Graphics Processors as my graphics card? It has HDMI ports.

Thanks

Solution
You need a graphics card.

The only way you have integrated graphics is if you bought a CPU (like the Ryzen 5 3400G, for example) with the integrated GPU.

So this "Integrated in the AMD Ryzen™ with Radeon™ Vega Graphics Processors" is only enabling CPU graphics capability. It does not have it's own. Or I have to use dedicated GPU. Is that understanding correct?

for now I am going with https://www.gigabyte.com/in/Graphics-Card/GV-N710D3-2GL#ov -
it supports PCI Express 2.0 x8 bus interface

this will work on my ROG STRIX B450-E that has

AMD Ryzen™ 2nd Generation/ Ryzen™ 1st Generation Processors
2 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 (x16 or x8/x4)
AMD Ryzen™ with Radeon™ Vega Graphics Processor
1 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 (x8 mode)
AMD Athlon™ with Radeon™ Vega Graphics Processors
1 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 (x8 mode) *1
AMD B450 chipset
1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (max at x4 mode)
3 x PCIe 2.0 x1

so this new Graphics Card will be supported right?
