ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F-Gaming and MSI B450 Tomahawk Motherboards which is better?
I am looking at both motherboards, they are close in features,
Asus has one extra PCI-E X 16 slot and DP output
MSI had DVI-D output
There is not much difference in price and I do not want to make decision on price.
This is probably asked before, but let me know which will be a better choice?

Either of those boards will be fine then. But be aware that nearly any B450 board may require a BIOS update to support that CPU, although if there's a "ready for Ryzen 3000" sticker on the box you're good to go. The Tomahawk board has a feature that allows you to do this BIOS update yourself without requiring a supported CPU, which simplifies things if the board does end up needing an update.

You can also look at the MSI B450 boards that end in "MAX", these are guaranteed to support Ryzen 3000 CPUs out of the box
