ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F Gaming

Hello, I've recently bought this motherboard together with the other components (everything is new)

ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F Gaming
AMD Ryzen 5 2600
KINGSTON A400 480GB SSD
Samsung 970 EVO 250GB
HyperX 16GB KIT 3200MHz DDR4 CL16 Predator RGB
MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Ti ARMOR 8G
EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G+ PSU

So after checking PSU by using the paperclip I ensured that the PSU worked. Proceeded to building outside of the sace to check if everything was fine ( checked AMD cpu for bent pins - was just fine). Used anti static strap while holding onto any of the components. Applied the CPU, thermal paste, CPU cooler, RAMs, m.2 SSD and then connected 8pin CPU to Motherboard and the 24pin MB cable aswell.After putting PSU "on" only the RBG logo near i/o shield lit up. Everything was connected just fine however after using CLRTC header to boot the system... nothing happened, No posting, no sound, no fans working.
Should I assume the Motherboard is dead?

Got tricked few times with Ryzen+PSU non compatibility (no reaction on power button).
Solved with changing few PSUs.

I've never even heard of a PSU being incompatible with a CPU
But I'll try out other ones, thanks

Alright, I have replaced the motherboard with a new one of the same type but the problem persists, could it perhaps be too outdated bios/firmware?
Hence having to update it by using an older chip or something since I only use MB/CPU/PSU to boot it up, nothing else can be faulty and I doubt i would have two faulty motherboards in a row so now it either has to be incompatibility between CPU and PSU or old bios.. or last resort a dead CPU

Bios can`t be a case of *no reaction on power button*

So a dead CPU perhaps? I'm pretty sure everything all the cables are connected correctly but still getting nothing :/
I'll try pulling out my old PSU from an old pc and try that before I try getting a new CPU

I'm having exact same issue no lights on anything no fans spinning except the iO cover even my psu it's an 850 gold thermal take with rgb and the light on the fan is not working at all... I've bought a 1000 gold evga g3 and that will be here Tuesday but maybe that will fix it I haven't installed with my gpu yet neither my 1070 gaming x or my gigabyte 2070 oc just had a 1tb m.2 wd blue and a samsung 1tb 860 evo with 32gb of gskill 3200 4x8 rgb ram b450 f gaming mobo in a nzxt 700 mid tower(btw the best tower I've ever built in) and a r7 2700x with a factual design Celsius 360 AIO cooler... I've looked high and low and have found no info except for this post so I hope someone can help I'll let ya know if the psu swap helped

Same Motherboard, same issue. I am using a corsair RMx 850w corsair power supply, but none of the motherboard's onboard LED's are working and it will not power on, no fans, lights, or anything other than the ROG logo on the motherboard.
