Question asus rog strix b450-f New Ram issue

Today I decided to make my ram dual channel I have 2 2x4gb ddr4 2666mhz 16gb total once I put the new ram a2 and the other in b2 every think powered off etc plugged back together now my dram light is yellow and every think else starts

Tried cmos and jump cap I have no luck I don't get now display funny thing it was working fine earlier do I need to buy new ram or boot kit I'm pulling my hair out rn

Does the original kit work by itself?
Does the new kit work by itself?

If yes to both, insert them all, go into bios, and increase the memory channel voltage by 0.05v and test again. If it still fails, then I'd say you lost the mixed ram lottery.

If yes to one, or no to both, then I'd suspect hardware damage.
