Asus Rog Strix B450-F RGB headers

I have motherboard Asus B450-F and I want to buy Cooler Master Masterbox MB500 and Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black RGB. Can I connect rgb fans on motherboard and can i control them with asus aura sync software?

Motherboard has 2 x Aura RGB Strip Headers. These are 12v.

The motherboard has zero Addressable RGB headers. These are 5v.

Although the motherboard has some lighting effects, you may want to get a better more expensive motherboard that has the RGB headers you need.

Looking at the Hyper 212 Black RGB, that looks like it needs the 5v Addressable RGB header that your motherboard does not have. As you can see in this video fan colors keep changing.

In this video it is said that the fan is not addressable. I think the same case with the case fan. Does that mean I'll be able to plug in the fans on the board? If I understand correctly my headers are not addressable. I know that I can not have the effects, but I can adjust the colors at least, right?
