That depends on whether you want on board wifi or not.
The only difference between those boards (that I'm aware of) is that the B450-E has wifi and the B450-F doesn't.

I have the B450-F with a 2600 (OC'd to 4 GHz) on it but I also tested it with a3700x for a few weeks and it worked Great with both of those CPUs.
