Question ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F Won't Boot, DRAM LED lit up, and CPU Fan spins shortly then stops.

Specs:

Mobo: ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000MHz 2x8 GB
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700x with stock fan (Wraith Prism Cooler)
PSU: EVGA 600 BQ
GPU: Asus GTX 1660S OC 6GB GDDR6 Dual-Fan

As said in the title, tried booting it up first time but no display. The CPU fan spins for a sec then stops and the DRAM Orange LED is turned on. The two case (NZXT H510) fans are going nuts though and the GPU fans are spinning too. I've looked it up and found other people with the same board and similar Gen AMD CPU (3rd Gen) have the same issue. Apparently I may need a BIOS update but I can't be for sure if that's the issue. Any ideas what could it be?

Box says "AMD RYZEN™ DESKTOP 2000 READY". On the back it says "AM4 Socket for AMD Ryzen™ 2nd Generation... Ryzen™ 1st Generation Processors". I guess this means it doesn't support 3rd Gen AMD Ryzen CPUs? Also, why is the DRAM LED lit up?
