I have Razer Tomahawk Atx midi as a case and it has Usb C port in the front but i am not able to find anything to connect on my Asus ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING motherboard. Is it not supporting it? according to the specs it does but there is only usb 3.2 gen 1 port on it. any idea?

... a connectivity adapter extra

I wonder how well those work out. As I understand it, USB-C is capable of providing much more power for high powered USB devices (like high rate cell phone charging?). With a 'dumb' adapter you'll never get the same power output from a USB-A port. So I'd have to imagine a proper adapter would have a supplemental power source too, making it an even bigger bother.

So the proper way, IMO, is get an add-in card that provides a proper USB-C internal attach point for your case' front panel connection.
