MSI GE76 Raider has RTX 3080, i9-11980HK & 16GB RAM

As I've seen the MSI GE76 has the good reviews so far in terms of performance and thermals. as for the Advantage i would wait for reviews, you might try Laptop Reviewer Jarrod's Tech he is the go to guy for Laptop reviews and also Dave2D, Linus does the review but rarely.

Your concern would be the Thermals it would affect performance if it throttles or so.

Asus ROG Strix G15 & G17 Advantage (G513QY - w/ AMD Radeon RX 6800M graphics) (ultrabookreview.com)

Based on the reviews on the MSI GE76 Raider, seems pretty good and able to boost without a problem for longer periods of time. but still ur preferrence.
