Question Asus ROG Strix GL553VE Laptop

I am not getting Fan Boost setting in Asus gaming center on my asus rog strix gl553ve laptop.
I used to have it earlier but yesterday i formatted my laptop and now i am getting that setting.
Plus in CS:GO game, in which i used to get 80-90 fps earlier, now i am getting 20 fps max.
How do i fix it?

updated all utilities and chipset. and gpu drivers from nvidia experience.
