Asus ROG Strix RX 570 4GB vs Saphhire Pulse OC RX 570 4GB

Im From India, Im Building my first Gaming PC.. My build is as follows
Ryzen 5 2600
X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming
650w Earthwatts Gold 80+
16 Gb Trident Z

Im looking for GPu now.As you know Graphics Cards are way too much pricey here.

I planned to buy 1050ti and came to know for the similar price RX570 does the job well.. So when looking into RX 570 I ended up with 2 products and Im in confusion on which one to buy.

1) Asus ROG Strix RX 570 4GB
vs
2) Saphhire Pulse OC RX 570 4GB

While Wandering around sites I got lot of mixed reviews. Sapphire has slightly less clock speed than Asus.
Saphhire has a back plate build in and Asus has a RGB logo.

Please help with this.. Which one to go for.. Like to know the long run Performance of these cards..

I would go with the ASUS as Sapphire has year after year been one of the brands with the highest failure rates.
