Top to toe newly built pc except 7 year old enermax 750w naXn PSU. on idle my GPU rx480 8 gb tempereture is 45-50c degrees. First of all is that normal ? Also when I try to game on high settingslike PUBG, Fortnite, Dayz kinda game my GPU reaches 93 degrees and pc shuts down.
My build needs around 500-550 w but could it be the old PSU even tho it is 750w ?

PC Specs:
Gıgabyte AX370-Gamıng 3
asus rog strıx rx480 8gb
ryzen5 1600x
xıgmatek whiz cpu cooler
ballistix 8gb 2400rpm ram
2 hard disks 1 ssd

Your help much appreciated in advance aro

93 is pretty darn hot. Definitely not temperatures you want for a card to last long.

1. Make sure your case has open air around it. Not in shelf where it can’t breathe and get cool air.

2. Make sure your case has good airflow as well. Neutral pressure is bad. I’ll link a video to explain the best way to have nice airflow in a case.

Make sure the GPU fans are spinning as well. Trial and error my friend.
