You should include a link to each card, that you're looking at. Either one would get my vote, they are the same GPU underneath, unless ofc the prices are different.

You didn't mention your PSU's make and model nor it's age in the previous thread. Mention it here so we know you have the necessary power to drop that GPU into your system.

I can't answer because you still haven't provided any information about your power supply. You simply listed your CPU, RAM, and motherboard for a second time. None of these are the power supply.

DO YOU MEAN SMPS?? I HAVE CORSAIR 450W SMPS

I wouldn't suggest either of those, or any gpu requiring an external connector unless you get a better power supply.

well the biggest problem i just found is amd doesnt support windows 8.1 anymore. and ihave windows 8.1. whats your take on it?

That's driver support, not the hardware itself. That won't stop the card from running.

I believe you can still upgrade to Win10 for free, if you're interested.
