I am having a strange issue that has popped up recently. For some reason, my keyboard becomes completely unpowered shortly after I turn my PC on from a cold boot. This usually happens when it turns off for a second and turns back on(due to the overclock I performed on the RAM and CPU by following an official ASUS guide). I have to unplug the keyboard and reinsert the cable into a USB port to make it receive power again. All of the other devices plugged into the back USB ports work correctly. The keyboard in question is a Corsair K70 RGB RAPIDFIRE Wired Gaming Keyboard.

Here are my PC specifications:

Motherboard: Asus - STRIX X370-F GAMING ATX AM4 Motherboard
CPU: AMD - Ryzen 7 1800X
GPU: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6 GB SSC GAMING Video Card
RAM: (x2) Corsair - Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-2666 Memory
PSU: EVGA - SuperNOVA NEX 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
Keyboard: Corsair - K70 RGB RAPIDFIRE Wired Gaming Keyboard

I have tried updating to the latest BIOS version available for the motherboard, but it only fixed the issue temporarily, after which it started happening again after I applied the OC to the CPU and RAM. I should also note that this has happened in the past when the CPU and RAM was not overclocked, although it was a very rare occurance(only happened a few times before I updated the BIOS).

I have no idea why this is happening, and any assistance or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

I am running Windows 10 Enterprise 1809. It has the latest updates installed. All of the slots are populated with RAM, so it is maxed out at 64GB of RAM.

I am on BIOS version 4207, the latest available for my motherboard according to the ASUS website.
