Question Asus ROG STRIX X470-F Gaming ATX AM4 Motherboard VGA error

I have recently encountered an issue with my motherboard giving me the VGA error LED. I’ve had this issue before but after a complete power down and power on it sorted itself out. Now though it’s not that easy and I’m not sure how to exactly diagnose the problem considering I wasn’t the one to build the pc nor do I have contact with the builder anymore. I’ve checked the wires running to the psu and back but haven’t notice anything out of place as my graphics card has power.

CPU: Ryzen 1700X

What is the exact model of the power supply?

Being as you have had somebody else build this for you, are you comfortable with having to remove and reinstall hardware in order to check for problems? Because if not, then it might be more advisable for you to simply take it to a reputable repair facility because it's likely that you will need to remove and reinstall some hardware in order to identify the problem.
