I have tried to put 2 ram blocks, in Dimm A2 and B2 to be able to run duel channel it would not start

try with A1 and B1 also, without result

I has updated the BIOS update. until 1805
without result

it only are able to boot up with a plug ram block in A2 and so A1
put them in another way, motherboards will not start up
the ram are on the list

has my Motherboard's fault and needs to replace it

If the memory sticks are seating fully, then yes. I would have to assume the board has a defect. It should be replaced.
There is however, the possibilty that the memory stick(s) is bad. It would be nice if you could test with known-good memory rather than new memory you haven't tested yet. Or maybe test the new RAM in a different board.

i have try 2 difference rams blocks both are on asus list looks like i have to get a new motherbard
