ASUS ROG Support

Why do they do what they do. I apologize if this has been brought up before. I have a ASUS ROG G751JM. I have owned it about 2-3 years. I'm very computer literate, like to do things myself so I do a lot of research to learn to do so. I recently went to ASUS forums, and although I am a member, I'm still not permitted to post. So here I am. I am probably the last to know, but can someone tell me WHY when I search for my laptop the JM is no longer supported. In fact you cant select just G751 with no letters. You get brought to an oops page, and I am soooo frustrated.

Can't ask ASUS why, they won't let me post! I know, I've only had the laptop 3 years. What do I expect....

Did they just drop the JM ... did they notify the JM owners, I can't find out anything from ASUS ROG because my notebook isn't listed there anymore. Thank goodness for Tom's or I would still be trying to set numloc to on....

The G751JM is a real model, according to Newegg, Google, and even Asus (I found references in their FAQs). But, she is a mystery in terms of finding otherwise on the Asus site. Weird.

It is very weird. They literally have taken the JM out of the selection when looking for help... When you do find something for the JM you get a 'whoops' page ... It is a real model, I have it lol
