asus rog swift pg278q can't switch refresh rate

Hello. I cant switch refresh rate on my ROG Swift display. Is it currently running 144 but whenever i push refresh rate button it says " out of range " and do not allows me to switch 60 or 120. After " out of range " display goes black and i need to restart system. I tried to disconnect display from power but the problem still remains. Thanx for any help before iam going to take it back to the store.

Go to right click on desktop, go to screen resolution, advanced options, monitors and select 60 or 120 there then click accept. Now if you refresh it will go to those mhz.

Yeah. That works. But only way up. When I set rate in scr res on 60 then I can swich it with the OSD knob up to 144 but when i swich one more it goes to " out od range " not back to 60. Which is how it works before.

Might be a controller issue. I'd give Asus a call.
