ASUS ROG Swift PG278Q GPU?

I just purchased a Asus Swift 27" monitor. I currently have a GTX 760 but not sure if that will be enough. Planning on playing games such as BF4, Farcry 4, GTA V. I was thinking gtx 970 may be sufficient but let me know. Below is my setup:

Intel i7 4770
EVGA GTX 760 2048MB
8GB DDR3 RAM
2 128GB Samsung 840 pro SSDs in Raid 0
Gigabyte H87-D3H-CF Motherboard (Only one slot for GPU)

Yes - a gtx 970 would be good for 1440p.

Get a power supply though.

Which GPU? Depends on how high you want the settings. If High is ok then 970 if Ultra then 980.
