Hello. I recently purchased an ASUS ROG SWIFT PG278Q and I am having a problem that I don't know if it is normal or not. Basically when the monitor displays bright backgrounds I can see very tiny crosshatching lines across the screen. From normal viewing distance it makes the screen look fuzzy/pixelated. I can only tell that they are lines if I put my face practically touching the monitor. This is my first time using a TN panel so I don't know if this is normal or not. These pictures are the best shots I could get of it.

Does anyone know if this is normal or not?

TN panels have these little issues with viewing angles. I was watching the review of this from linustechtips and he was saying that straight on, he would look and see a little greenish hue at the top and a pinkish hue at the bottom. Some of these things you can get rid of by making sure you are running it at the higher 144Mhz setting. ALl that being said in all the reviews i have seen (been looking to buy one myself so i have seen lots) i haven't seen this particular issue. I might suggest calling ASUS and send them that picture and ask them as well. Sadly there aren't a tonne of these on the market so I'm not sure who else here might have one.
