Asus ROG SWIFT PG278Q Weird Problem

I have had my monitor for less than 3 months and today the weirdest thing happened. I was playing starcraftt 2 when randomly the screen went blurry, as though it was attempting to do 3d vision. I really don't know how to describe what happened. There was also 2 green lines coming down the whole screen. Before i got a chance to take photos i pulled all the plugs out and plugged them back in and the monitor was working again. I am worried as to whether this will re occur and whether i should do a RMA. Not sure what else to add what should i do? Thanks.

Could have easily been just a loose cable, seen loots of odd things when a cable has been loose.

Hmm it could be as i unplugged all the cables and re plugged them in and then it worked. I hope its just that seeming as its working normally now. Only thing that makes me skeptical is that the cables should not have been loose in the first place. I'll leave it at that as the initial WTF stress phase has passed. Thanks for the input.
