Question ASUS ROG Warranty

My laptop, ROG Strix GL703GM, was bought last christmas and when suspended the monitor might not turn on (have to turn off the pc), restarts/turns off randomly or when agitated (tapped the table and it went MIA and when pressing certain keys...) and certain shortcuts and functions dont work properly sometimes (fn+f11, the rog key...).
I have the warranty and would like to do something with it but have no clue where to search, went to the asus official website and asked for this but got answered by methods of fixing some of the problems that may work.
So, how and where can I claim the warranty.
  • I live in Porto, Portugal;
  • The laptop was bought in Bordeaux, France;
  • Some of these problems began early and usually gets easly hot.

Asus support is the only place that can help you, you may be able to get better help from the contact us than the default support site https://www.asus.com/us/support/callus
So, I stumbled upon this website ->https://rma.asus-europe.eu/pt/rma/form and showed up a service request with an intuitive and foward layout, that is, until i found the case number("número del caso") which I have no clue on how to answer since I have no previous interaction. Called them, waited 20 min on call and decided to stop and leave it for tomorrow morning.
I then came here, went ahead to the link and searched around, now I might go sleep but my conclusion is, I have to call them otherwise its all too messy for me. Thank you for the help!
