Question Asus ROG Z270F is not showing any POST lights, fans are running ?

Hi Everyone,

I closed the windows 11 installation wizard from installing from a bootable USB since I had some confusion which I need to confirm and then later continue with the installation. So when I wanted to start the installation, my CPU turns on, fans run, mouse is on, GPU fan is running, but no POST lights. I will be re-seating my GPU, Memory and reset the BIOS battery. But any idea why this could be happening? Let me know. Thanks

Cooler Master masterwatt 600 lite PSU
intel i5 8th gen
corsair Vengence DDr5 8GB Memory Card
Zotac Geforce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB 128bit GDDR5 GPU
WD 1TB Hard Disk
Z270F motherboard

I re-reated Memory, GPU, and reset CMOS battery yesterday and tried again, and my CPU, GPU, system fans were running, RGB lights on, no POST though. Let me know. Thank you!

take the gpu out and test with the igpu?
