I have just built myself a new system to which is not posting/no display, on this particular motherboard it uses individual QLED lights consisting of; BOOT, VGA, DRAM and CPU. When attempting to post the build, all individual components are powered including; RGB, Fans, GPU, RAM (guessing from the RGB), AIO Cooler etc. But no display is shown despite having everything plugged in, the DRAM light comes on for roughly 5 seconds (guessing) to which then the CPU light comes on for approximately 1 second. This QLED light process repeats with still no display. Any help would be much appreciated. 
Motherboard - Asus Rog Strix Z390-f gaming
Cpu - i7-9700k
Gpu - Asus Rog Strix GTX 970 (Same one you installed)
Dram - 2* Corsair Vengeance DDR4 8gb 3200 Mhz
Aio cooler - Corsair H115i - Platinum
Power supply - Corsair RM750 Gold Standard
Case - Corsair Carbide Series 6
SSD - Samsung 970 Evo M2 500 MB
EDIT: I have replaced the motherboard with the exact same one (Asus Rog Strix Z390-f gaming), and still receiving the same error.
