Asus router authentication issue

I bought a RT-N10U asus router. I have a PPPoE connection, so, through Quick Internet Setup= I chose a PPPoE connection then I put the Username and Pass - provided by my ISP. BUT everytime it says == the username or password is incorrect or something like that. So, HELP!

This morning - I repeated the same steps after resetting my router and it worked - r u fu*king kidding me -_- . yesterday I said all sorts of thing to my ISP. I was like "U #$% can't u even give a simple solution . XD" but thanks man for replying 😛
