Asus RT-AC66U Port wont save

Hi Guys

I had my cctv working fine through my ISP supplied router but cannot get it to work on this new one.
I have a static ip address set up.
When i try setting up the port, it does not save it.
I have attached a screenshot of what i am trying to put in. Port 83 is what i was using on my old router.

Type out the fields -> Click Add -> Click Apply. I'm assuming you just click Apply.

Hi, thanks, just realised that! I wasn't clicking the add button before apply. Problem is, it still doesn't work. If i type my local address for the dvr the log in page comes up but i cannot access the cameras. Also if i use my static ip address and 😛ort number, it still does not work. Help please! This router is driving me nuts. Not so sure it was worth switching now.
