Asus RT-AC88U Port foward not working

I am trying to Port Foward a Minecraft server (25565) but it is not working i was tried everything like turning off Firewall including the routers Fire wall but the Port just Keeps staying closed

Router: ASUS RT-AC88U
Updated to the latest Firmware

my friends tried joining me but they could not, i think it is a router issue because if i used my IPv4 address to connect it would let me in but not my public IP

i even tried port 80 (Default one given to me on "Port Tester") i tried to port foward that port but it dont work as well, my friend has the same router and he couldn't get it to work while some of my friends have D-link or linksys that could port foward with no issues

I have never used that router, but I was reading about it ... I understand in the log section there is a port forwarding log. Anything there?

The setup looks right. From the bit of reading I did, that router seems fussy.

Again, this looks right (assuming your server is on 192.168.1.198). With some of the game servers I have seen false negatives from the port scanners, so I prefer to have a friend try to connect to me.

Might be time to send an email to Asus ... they might have an idea.
