I got this graphics card 3 monthes ago as open box from micro center, I have a lancool ii case completely filled with fans in every fan slot. When I'm playing assetto corsa 1440p GPU just hits 80c basically every single time, I searched online and saw most 2060 12g hits around 65 to 75c, never seen this high temp, I know the max temp of rtx 2060 is 88c but idk if this is normal or safe for longterm. Should I try

The card will thermal throttle at 83c and either crash the game, windows or shut off the system when it hits 88c. 80c is a mostly normal operating temperature on the higher end of temps for long term use. You could adjust the fan curve in MSI afterburner or another program that will do it if you want to lower temperatures.

I would run GPU-Z and look at the sensor tab after you play some games. Sort the GPU temperature to highest reading to see if it goes above 80c. If it's hitting 83c, it may mean you have a cooling issue. It could be not enough airflow in your case or the GPU has inadequate cool or the GPU was just poorly manufactured.

Do u think it might be the pcie wifi card blocking the airflow? but I do have two fans under them

If this is actually the problem, im gonna go buy a USB wifi 6 card
That could present another problem itself. If you don't get a good one, a USB WiFi adapter can overheat and drop speed or connection. You definitely don't want to use it for downloading for a long time. Not all USB WiFi adapters are cheap garbage though, but it can be hard to find ones made specifically for long term use and gaming. You are looking at probably $50-100 for a higher end model that will tolerate constant use that your PCIe card would handle fine.

I would first try testing with the PCIe card removed and use a USB adapter temporarily. Also look into possibly adding more case fans if you dont have at least one exhaust and one intake.

completely filled with fans in every fan slot.
That doesn't always equate to good airflow. It's probably more harmful here, due to the type gpu cooler. The heatsink's fins determine what direction the warmed air goes.

This card's cooler exhausts out the back and the FRONT - where you've got your front case fans blowing against it. Not exactly helping.
You may want to rethink the case fan setup.

Having a ton of fans doesn't mean anything if they don't really do anything or end up fighting each other.

For instance, having 3 fans on top and 3 fans in front means the only thing the top-front does is suck up the intake from around the front-top, so you will be worse off than having just 1 fan at top rear and 3x fans at front.

Air going through the case is far more effective than air going in and right back out.

Also to consider is the fans themselves, high airflow fans should be exhaust only. Higher pressure fans at intake. This puts the air directly at the gpu. High air fans move a bunch in, it just doesn't go very far, or reach the gpu before being sucked up and out, pretty much bypassing the gpu.
