Ok so to get started I need to figure out why I can not comfortably play a game with a expensive GPU. I have talked to people in-game who say they stay around 80 but I drop to 48 sometimes which is terrible. I really need to figure this out it is annoying.

Now in games like dayz I can get 100+ mainly between 80 and 110.
Here Are a few things I have done. I turned Adaptive sync off in my Monitor settings and turned it off in game. I've tried using the nvidia control panel settings instead of in-game settings which helped a little not much.
I am basically looking for someone to help me run through possible issues and help me fix. Also my GPU Utilization is between 40 and 69 % CPU is usually 30-40%
