hello everyone

my ASUS RTX 2060 SUPER Evo makes a pretty annoying sound (even in idle and low load)
it's no coil whining, more like a drone rise and descent.
When i gently touch the center of the fan the noise disappears and then gets louder when i don't touch it anymore.

idle: 35°C 1000RPM
full load (unigine_heaven): max 76°C 1735RPM (of course gets louder)

My question: Is it normal for a blower card (never had one before) to be that annoying?
i gotta say it's not very loud, just annoying.

The reason i got a blower card is, because it was recommended to me regarding my setup.
The 3970x is getting pretty hot on warm days and i wanted to keep the inside of the case as cool as possible.
The machine is mainly for rendering, so not to much stress on the GPU most of the time.

case: meshify s2 (3x140mm fans front, 1x140mm fan rear, 1x140mm rear top)
board: Asus PrimeTRX-40 Pro
cpu: 3970x
ram: 64GB gskill ripjaws V 3600Mhz (F4-3600C16Q-64GVKC)
cooler: noctua nh-u14s tr4-sp3+NF A15
graphic card: RTX 2060 Super Evo Turbo
psu: corsair RM850x
samsung 860 QVO 2 TB
samsung SSD 970 EVO 500GB, M.2

if i can return the card would you suggest
a) trying another asus 2060 super blower (maybe it was just a bad one)
b) an asus 2070 blower
c) an asus dual rtx 2060 super evo oc active cooling (i read it's a pretty silent card)
d) another card

thanks for your help,
tobias

thanks
i talked to my dealer and asus yesterday. I'll have to send it to asus for repair.
i put in my old msi gtx 970 and the PC is now dead silent.
i have to check the temps during work, but if the 2060 super isn't going to be much quieter after repair and the temps of the cpu are ok, i'll probably add an arctic cooler on the card.
