Who knows, every card is different.
You are going to have to experiment yourself to test the limit.
U need any help with that?

Every card uses a different (but is still) silicon, so other people might be able to get a higher overclock than you, or a lower overclock. My advice is to watch a yt video, maybe by jayztwocents or something because they overclocked the rtx 3060 and got some% performance increase so you might be able to get around the same performance increase as well.
