Question Asus RTX 3060 Ti 74-75 degrees for 4 hours.

Hey guys, my problem is that i fell in sleep and literally just woke up. When i check my PC i see i forgot to quit the game and my GPU worked at 74-75 degrees for 4 hours. Is this heat and time damaged any of my GPU component or even itself?

My 3060ti runs 24/7/365 at those temps for folding.
Been running that way for about 3 years now.
