Question Asus RX 460 4gb suddenly stopped working ?

So about 2 months ago my gpu was working fine then suddenly after 1 day when i try to turn on my pc it throws 4 beeps.When i plug my HDMI cable into motherboard (integrated GPU) it boots and shows me display. GPU still shows in device manager but when i disable/enable gpu drivers kick in and then i plug HDMI into GPU i shows me display but after some time now I try disable/enable gpu its doesn't work. Already tried to show Repair shop but they said that the card is dead, but it works on my side.Kindly please guide me what is the problem in this GPU ?

PSU: Coolermaster 500watts extreme psu
RAM: Corasair vengence 8gb single stick and Gskill ripjaws 4gb (12gb total)
storage: Seagate 1 tb hdd and Adata 120gb ssd
