Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 AM3+ and graphics card?

okay i just got this motherboard Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 AM3+ and everything else besides a graphics card
I was wondering will a Geforce 9800gt work at all in this motherboard? and if so what slot?
and if not, what good 2gb card is?

Sorry i'm a beginner at computer stuff.

Yup that card will work in that board in the PCI-E slot same as all the newer cards.

The card will work fine in your motherboard. The card uses the slot called a PCI-Express x16 (The largest card slot on the motherboard).

The biggest slot here is the x16.

I'd suggest getting another card though, if you don't have that one yet. The 9800 GT is a old 2008 card, with only DX10, this means it can't play the latest games. It seems like most of the 9800 GTs are going for $80-100, for that price you could get a GTX 740 which is a current gen card, that is much better than the 9800. Here is a comparison.

lol no, that 9800 is in my old computer which is taking a crap, it works but slow as heck.
