Asus Sabertooth P67 reboot issues

Just ordered a new Sabertooth P67 motherboard and an i7-2600k cpu. Got it all together in my case, then when I power it up, it goes to the Asus Splash screen, then posts, says it can't find a drive, then restarts the process. Normally does it 3 times until it finds a drive. Haven't encountered this problem before and can't seem to find a thread specifically for this issue as most seem to be different reboot issues.

(had to borrow a stick of ram from room mate since mine hasn't come yet, was mainly just making sure the board wasn't DOA for the time being)

Any help would be appreciated.

Just disabled Marvel ports and now instead of starting on the 3rd try it's down to the 2nd.

Any other ideas?
