So i built myself a half decent rig for basic gaming and web browsing its spec are as follows..

Sabertooth x58 board
Intel Xeon 2.67ghz
16gb 3x4gb Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz

Now my problem is this, no matter what config i use, reseating the cpu loosing the heatsink, manually adjust the timing in bios.. it will not find 16gb of ram, infact in triple channel mode it will find 4gb only. So at the moment im running dual channel at 8gb. Can someone please help remove this misery?

1. Yes, all 3 are in A1,B1 and C1
2. Tried the MemOK button
3. Yes XMP is enabled

I don't have a solution for you, but here are 2 links that may be of some help to you.

16gb 3x4gb Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz

Exactly what memory is this? Do you have part number(s) or link to it?

What I'm getting at is this three modules purchased as singles, a dual channel kit and a random single module or did all three modules come packaged as a triple channel kit?

Sorry for such a super late reply.

Part no. CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9
Tho it does say 16gb (4x4gb) on them i only have 3 sticks of 4gb, will i need a 4th stick for them to all work properly?

They were given to me in part exchange for an old pc i had laying around.
