Hello? I need help, my friend has an asus sabertooth x58 and is constantly getting blue screens of death after updating the bios, it turns out since he go it back in 2010 he never upgraded the bios, and thought doing so now would fix every single problem. thing is he is nearly computer iliterate it seems and is giving me a headache fixing the problem. Because I can't talk to him on to fix the problem and I am the one who built the pc.

Blue screen of death.

I honestly think it is his memory more than anything, that is all. I tell him to go inside and see what memory he has so I can set the timings and see where it should be at he refuses to, I tell him to go to bios he acts stupid.

So I need a little help... irritated with how he was acting. He never updated anything on the motherboard just used straight off disk. updated bios to latest version or something. Windows 7 Ultimate had an update around the same time and things got installed and everything went haywire.

-"yes seriously!?!?!!? he used the disk and never updated from main site till now".

I do not know how it is possible for me have built the pc for him, told him what to do, then for him to never update anything at all >.<.

letting service packs get installed and what not /sigh.
