Asus Sabertooth X79 BIOS

I have the Asus Sabertooth as my mother board, and I wanted to know if it comes with the required BIOS version for Ivy Bridge-E processors, or if I had to use USB BIOS Flashback. If so could someone give my a list or steps on how to do so. I've watched the videos but I still need a clearer view of how to do so.

When getting it, check a thin barcode sticker on the motherboard. The last 4 digits on that sticker stand for the BIOS version.
If later than 4210, then the CPU is supported.
If not, post back the board's BIOS version.
Depending on it, you might have to use the CAP converter.

Is the CAP converter the same process? Download it to USB then upload it to mobo. Then go back and get the latest drivers?

You'd use the CAP converter only if the BIOS version is older than 1203.
Download, unzip, rename or use the renamer utility, FAT or FAT 32 formatted USB.
