asus sabertooth x99 mem ok - Fail

So I built a new system

Asus sabertooth x99
i7 5820k
corsair vengance LPX 2133mhz DDR4
asus gtx 970 strix SLI
corsair HX1050
Kingston hyper x 250gb ssd

I put it together, turned it on and it wouldnt post. The DRam led was on so I plugged my phone into the back with that new TUF detective feature and got a POST code error 0053. I got several discriptions like 'CPU initial' I didnt know what that meant. I cleared CMOS and pressed the MemOK button. After several restarts i got the message mem ok fail on my phone. I reseated the ram and tried several different sticks with only one in the case at a time. I got the same message every time. Would very much appreciate any help as I havn't been able to find any threads on the savertooth x99.

Might want to bench it if none of the sticks are working, may have a short somewhere. Have a guide that may help here:

Make sure that the RAM module is properly inserted in the RAM slot. Test each slot on the motherboard with single RAM module.
