Asus Sabertooth z170s CPU_FAN error

Hi guys and gals.

I just built my new computer and everything is running smooth as butter, EXCEPT it shows the f1 error page when I boot. It's giving me the CPU_FAN error and it tells me to check the cable and yadda yadda.

There are dozens of posts about this and everyone says to hit ignore or set the fans lower limit to 200 rpm. I've done both of those things and the issue still persists. I can boot just fine, but the error pops up and I just wanna make it go away.

What do you have connected to the CPU_FAN header?

What do you have connected to the CPU_FAN header?

The Phanteks case has a PWM hub with a 4 pin cable dedicated to the CPU_FAN header.
It's powered by a 12v sata port, 6 fans can go into it, then the 4 pin goes to the MOBO.
