Question Asus Sabretooth x79 Audio Issues (With or without soundcard)

Jun 14, 2014
Recently, I've lost my ability to get any sound output from my audio ports, save for the headphones option. I use an Asus Sabretooth x79 with an i7-3930k. It's worked great for years with no issues. Board has onboard audio (Realtek) however, I use a Soundblaster Z audio card in its place.

Now, it shows that I have no speakers plugged in.

I've tried:

Testing speakers on a different system, they work!
Re-seating my audio card.
Trying a different slot
Removing the card and using onboard audio
Updating the bios.
Reinstalling windows (After reinstalling drivers did nothing)

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills here. Has my motherboard just lost the ability to produce audio, even with an after market card? I can get sound if I use the headphone port, but other than that, with or without the card it says "No speakers plugged in"

Losing my mind, please help.
