While browsing the BIOS of my Asus motherboard, i saw 2 erase options for NVme SSDs in the Secure Erase section. They say that 4KB is the best, but this size can be a problem with some older software and games. I personally experienced this in Call of Duty Ghosts, the game was not running properly at 4KB.
What do you think is best for KC3000 and PNY CS3030 SSDs?
Should i choose 4KB after all? Will this have any impact on the life and performance of the SSD?
The disks are like this:
